Performance evaluations
My boss is always putting off giving his employees their semi-annual evaluations. I’m going to suggest that he buy some employee software called Manager Assist that will help him evaluation, track, and control the performance and behavior of his employees. They have a free download he can try out, so he has nothing to lose.
