If you are willing to buy real estate, you will have to get the loans. Moreover, my father usually uses a government backed, conventional loan, which seems to be the most lenient terms.

They taught me to use a long handled ice tea spoon to take the marmalade out of the jar, to control how much you got, and then to spread it with the back of the spoon. Funny how so many people I know use knives for their jams.

I caught the W32.Gamma virus and something called cy8-rm00z on a flash drive when I was at a client, and spread it from my laptop to my home system.

I had AVG on my system, but it couldn’t do a damn thing about it. Anyway, I ended up downloading the free version of Cyberdefender, and ran it. It cleaned up the W32.Gamma and a few other evil things on my hard drive.

I noticed that the free version comes with a pop-up trying to upgrade you about once a week, but hey it is free software. I bought the upgrade, which comes with a computer help line, where they will take care of any Kind of a problem on your system. Also, the paid version does not have the pop-up. I did this, so when I am away, and my wife has a computer problem she has someone to contact. She used it once, and said they took care of the printer problem in about 10 minutes.

CyberDefender is the best, and the paid version is really worth it if you or a family member is not a computer expert.

I agree, I was sad when they stopped selling fabric at our local Wal-Mart too. They also drastically downsized their craft painting section so now I have to drive to Michaels Arts & Crafts or AC Moore for most of my crafting supplies.

I agree with Mary – whenever I bring my own canvas bags I get dirty looks. Recently one of the cashiers refused to use them, telling me I had to load them myself! So I did, but I did it so slowly it held up the line big time!

I suggest you try going to some of the local thrift stores; you’d be surprised how many nice clothes you can find there! I’ve found a lot of brand new, never been used, original store tag on a lot of items at the local Goodwill store! Check them out! You can dress nicely without spending a lot of money! And don’t forget lawn sales – especially this time of year!
