I have always loved the music that Willie Nelson plays. On occassion I will visit You Tube and look up some music to listent to. Last night I found this Duet with Willie Nelson and Norah Jones ” Baby It’s Cold Outside” and fell in love with it and wanted to share it here.

Mother’s Day

My mother has been hinting about wanting a new watch and with Mother’s Day right around the corner I’ve been looking around online to see if I can find a nice one to give to her without breaking my bank account. Bluedial.com has a great selection of all types of watches. I like that they offer free 2nd day shipping, free sizing and the fact that they accept PayPal is a big plus for me.

Seiko Kinetic Watches has some nice looking watches that I think would look good on my mother. She is very old fashioned and very petite so I have to be careful with what I get for her. I like the look of this one and blue is her favorite color. The fact that it is on sale for only $127 is very tempting!

Reno 911

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

One show that seems to be on the TV quite a bit it the show Reno 911. I just can’t seem to get into it. It is so corny that I can take about 3 minutes of it and then I’m done. I just don’t get what people see in this poor attempt of comedy.

Keep them busy, keep them happy

Lately I’ve noticed when I go places, that there do not seem to be any clocks within easy eyesight.  When I go to the doctor, dentist, or even shopping, there are no clocks to be found!  I find that quite annoying!  I don’t always remember to wear a watch, and it is a pain in the neck to have to pull out my cell phone to check the time every time I need to know what time it is!  I’m sure that they have been advised by some expert that it is better for their business if their customers have no idea what time it is, but that really aggravates me just the same!

At least more and more businesses are signing up for DIRECT TV for Business.  Being able to watch Commercial DIRECT TV while I’m stuck waiting somewhere helps to keep me from being aggravated about extended wait times.  The biggest issue that I have, though, with DIRECT TV Business is that frequently the television show that is being broadcast at the time is some sports channel.  I’d rather watch the news than a sports game!

An oddity in nature

My good friend Judy knows how much I love animals.  She emailed me a link to a fantastic video about a herd of white deer.  I found it so interesting, I’d like to share it with you.  I hope you find it as interesting as I do!
